Terms of payment and travel

Special terms of payment and travel for Nordic Travel/Norden Resor i Sverige AB, Sweden. We observe the general terms of travel and are registered with the Travel Guarantee Foundation (Denmark: rejsegarantifonden; Sweden: the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency) in accordance with current Swedish law relating to package holidays.

It is important for the traveller to familiarise himself/herself with the general and specific terms of travel. Your payment means that you accept these terms of travel.

  1. The prices on the price list are given in Swedish kronor unless otherwise specified.
  2. Prices are based on the currency situation as of 01-01-2011. We reserve the right to make changes due to price and exchange rate fluctuations that are beyond our control after this date.
  3. The booking is binding once it has been confirmed verbally or in writing by the booking office.. When paying by debit or credit card, the sum must be paid at least 7 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 7 days prior to arrival, the total sum must be paid immediately. Certain activities like concerts, transports and the like may require direct debiting at the time of booking. In addition, these payments are non-refundable. The sum must be paid at least 10 days prior to arrival when paying by invoice. If we do not receive payment by the due date, we will consider the booking cancelled, after which the conditions in point 4 come into force.
  4. The customer has the right to cancel the trip at any time - in return for payment of a fee - according to the following:
    More than 15 days prior to departure - 0 SEK.
    Less than 15 days, but more than 2 days prior to departure - 400 SEK.
    LLess than 2 days prior to departure - 100% of the total sum.
  5. If the trip cannot be made on valid grounds according to the General Terms of Payment and Travel, the total sum of the booking will be refunded, less a cancellation fee on valid grounds according to the General Terms of Payment and Travel (SRF-org.se), the total sum of the booking will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of 400 SEK fixed by Norden Resor. Illness or other serious incidents must be verifiable by means of a certificate that must be submitted to Norden Resor within 10 days of the date of cancellation. Non-used tickets and suchlike must be returned at the earliest opportunity.
  6. The traveller is not free from liability for payment, even if he/she is prevented from making the trip due to force majeure (war, nuclear and natural disasters or similar).made to the manager of the hotel/golf course or his/her representative as soon as possible. If General Terms of Payment and Travel (SRF-org.se) apply to all bookings.
  7. Complaints. Any complaints must be presented to the person responsible for the product, such as the manager of the hotel/golf course or his/her agent, as soon as possible. If you are unable to resolve the problem, please contact Norden Resor by tel. +46 411 558725 or fax +46 411 558705. The right to complaint will be forfeited if you do not inform the vendor of the product at the site. If you leave the accommodation venue, the golf course or the event without giving the organiser a reasonable amount of time in which to resolve the problem, you forfeit the right to compensation. Any claim for compensation must be received by Norden Resor in writing not more than 30 days after the end of the package holiday.
  8. Rebooking costs: in the event of changes to golfing times, events and/or accommodation via a call centre, a charge of SEK 100 will be debited per change.
